STATEMENT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The protection of personal data in the online environment has become a legislated and mandatory necessity. Any operator must inform the client/collaborator about the processing of personal data and guarantee their safe storage. MANGO VISION SRL, headquartered in Brașov, Str. Triumfului no. 9, room 2, registered with the Trade Register under number J2025017314009, VAT code 51429431, as operator, hereby informs you about the processing and storage of your personal data transmitted through operations of providing services and products.
WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA
- Information regarding the identified/identifiable natural person: name, surname, address, email, phone, signature, financial information, information requested by authorities specific to the provision of services and products, information from audio-video monitoring as a result of the client’s visit to a location where MANGO VISION SRL provides services, audio-video monitoring during technical support services, IP address, and any other information necessary for the activity of MANGO VISION SRL. - Any action (set of actions) such as collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, disclosure to third parties by transmission, dissemination, association or combination, blocking, archiving, deletion, destruction carried out on the data may fall within the scope of personal data (directly or indirectly).
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
Sources of information collection: 1. when using www.mangovision.ro or applications of MANGO VISION SRL, you may be asked to complete forms, questionnaires (without the obligation of acceptance) necessary for providing services; 2. direct and indirect transactions between MANGO VISION SRL, partners and users; 3. external sources specific to public institutions. How we collect personal data from users of www.mangovision.ro – directly; – using the user’s browser and traffic data; – using cookies. 1. Direct collection of personal data. A1. Placing an order (with or without creating an account) on www.mangovision.ro may involve requesting name, surname, address, email, and any other data necessary for the contracting, invoicing, and delivery process. • contractual data are stored for 3 years (general limitation period); • fiscal data are stored for 10 years (fiscal legislation); • orders cannot be fulfilled without the above data. A2. Within support services offered, we may ask you to provide your phone number or email address in order to contact you to resolve your issue (if necessary, other data falling into the category of personal data may also be requested). Communication within the support services of www.mangovision.ro may be recorded. A3. Subscribing to the newsletter requires providing an email address for personalized communication, storage ending once consent is revoked. A4. Payments made into our account are processed by our banking partners, the banking information being transmitted to them. 2. Collection of personal data using traffic data While visiting www.mangovision.ro from any device, you provide information such as your IP address, visit time, location, visited pages. External traffic analysis services (e.g. Google Analytics) are used exclusively by www.mangovision.ro to improve services and to ensure and maintain site security. 3. Collection of data through cookies (session and persistent) Cookies are used to remember passwords, language preferences, child protection filters, types of ads accepted, or their limitation.
FOR WHAT PURPOSES DOES MANGO VISION SRL PROCESS PERSONAL DATA
MANGO VISION SRL identifies (by the fixed means defined above) potential users who access the services provided, monitors operations in this regard, conducts surveys and/or profiles within marketing activities, and carries out internal analyses specific to the services provided. MANGO VISION SRL also processes personal data for resolving various legal procedures related to the provision of services, archiving them both physically and electronically. There are Romanian state institutions legally regulated that may request reports including personal data.
ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS IS PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
The law defining the General Data Protection Regulation has been promulgated and applies also in Romania as follows: - (art. 6(1) b GDPR) – refers to the collection of personal data through the order form; - (art. 6(1) c GDPR) – refers to mandatory data required for issuing invoices; - (art. 6(1) a GDPR) – requires obtaining consent for the use of personal data for marketing purposes (newsletter subscription, cookies, etc.); - (art. 6(1) f GDPR and Law 506/2004 art. 12 (2)) – refers to the legitimate interest of www.mangovision.ro in securing and optimizing its own website (Recital 49 GDPR).
COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA IS MANDATORY FOR THE USER,
refusal leads to the impossibility of providing services. The user has the right to refuse the processing of data for direct marketing purposes.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
We have specified above the purposes for which personal data is collected. Also, if truly necessary, MANGO VISION SRL may provide certain personal data (limited) of users to legal authorities and contractual partners, who in turn undertake not to use them for other purposes (e.g. public authorities, auditors, lawyers, accountants, companies that are part of the MANGO VISION SRL group). Based on Law no. 2016/679 (GDPR) adopted by the European Parliament, there is the possibility of TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY. Personal data may be stored as long as the law requires, namely 3 years for storing contractual data and 10 years for storing financial data. Data processing may continue until the purpose for which they were collected has been achieved, after which they will be archived or destroyed.
MEASURES REGARDING THE SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
- confidentiality of data must be maintained, which is why users use their own username and password; - any user who accesses/collects/modifies personal data is registered with the date, time, and operation performed; - only authorized users have the right to print invoices, delivery notes, contracts, and other documents containing personal data. The user or potential user whose personal data is processed has the following rights:
The right to be informed about data collection according to art. 13 and 14 GDPR;
The right to access processed data – art. 15 GDPR;
The right to request modification or even deletion of data – art. 17 GDPR, except for the cases provided by law;
The right to request minimal processing or to refuse the processing of personal data – art. 18 GDPR;
The right to transfer data to another operator – art. 20 GDPR
Withdrawal of the right to data processing after initially giving consent;
Refusal of data processing for marketing and profiling purposes;
When the user feels wronged, they have the right to contact ANSPDCP or address the competent court.
MANGO VISION SRL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THIS STATEMENT REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, BY PUBLISHING THE UPDATED VERSION ON THE WEBSITE.
